i really enjoyed my stay at the sheraton. the room was spacious and clean, and i loved the huge shower in room 729. the location is perfect with lots of shops nearby, and the staff were super friendly. shoutout to karen at the front desk for quickly resolving my bed issue! also, the recreational amenities were nice.

the front entrance could use some cleaning, as it looks a bit unwelcoming with spider webs and trash.

From the moment I stepped into my spacious Traditional Guest room, I felt right at home. The indoor/outdoor pool setup was such a unique treat. it was like having two worlds in one! I had a wonderful stay at Four Points By Sheraton Richmond. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic roll-in shower that made my experience very comfortable. The staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to my needs, making sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. They even helped me with some specific requests without any issues, which I greatly appreciated.

The parking area could use a bit of improvement with better handicapped spots.

Just a balanced option for a swift stopover in Midlothian with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast staff remembered my preferences and took great care of me. It might be nice to check for room options away from the pet areas if you’re sensitive to noise.

Had a great time with my friends! The comfy beds and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. We visited a couple of local restaurants and the lake view was stunning. Heads up for future guests, the breakfast is a bit pricey but it's good. Overall, I'd recommend it for a fun group getaway!

Don’t miss the indoor-outdoor pool. it was a relaxing escape! Future guests should dine at the bar for a satisfying meal.
